When might allied health support be helpful?
You don’t need to wait until something becomes a major problem. It may be time to speak with our team if:
- Everyday activities are becoming more difficult
- There has been a fall, or you’re worried about falls
- Mobility, strength or balance has changed
- You’re returning home following a hospital stay
- Equipment or modifications may make your home safer
- There’s been a change in health, function or independence

Our role is to understand what matters to you and find practical ways to help you stay safe, active, independent and connected to the people and activities that are important in your life.
Working with aged care providers
RehabCo works collaboratively with aged care providers, care partners, families and other health professionals to deliver allied health services as part of an older person’s care and support.
We understand that good aged care relies on clear communication, responsive service and recommendations that are practical and meaningful for the individual.
Our practitioners provide assessment, intervention and reporting relevant to the person’s goals and agreed service requirements, while working collaboratively with the people supporting them.
Local people. Practical support. Making lives better.
For 30 years, RehabCo has supported people in communities across NSW to improve their health, independence and quality of life. We’re proudly regional and local. Our practitioners don’t just provide services in the communities we support, we’re part of them.
Our approach to aged care is grounded in understanding the individual, focusing on what matters to them and providing practical allied health support that makes a difference in everyday life.
